3D Modeling and Simulation

Our mechanical engineering services include CAD Modeling, simulation and analysis, component integration, and control systems. Our experience revolves around dynamic modeling of rigid multi-body assemblies, control systems, fluid dynamics, and pneumatic systems.

CNC Machining

The shop consists of two 3.5 axis CNC machines. One machine is capable of machining 5'x4'x3' foam blocks for moldmaking, models, and forming. Our second mill is a 3.5 axis machine center capable of producing high-quality parts from plastic, aluminum, and steel. We maintain close ties with local machine shops which allows us to make any part with minimal turn-around times.

PCB Design and Prototyping

Our design studio is fitted with a PCB Mill and Reflow Oven which allow us to produce high-quality circuit boards quickly in house. Furthermore, our EE workstation has all the tools necssary to instantly verify designs and prototypes.
